COVID-19 Event Safety

COVID-19 What to Know

SCRS remains focused on the safety and wellbeing of every Site Solutions Summit attendee, speaker, and exhibitor.  With the cooperation of all event participants, our goal of a safe and successful summit can be realized.

We are diligently monitoring updates to regional guidelines and will be implementing several safety protocols as a precaution for a safer event. Please review SCRS’ safety precautions as well as country-specific information below for more information.

Safety Precautions

Currently, our Summit safety protocols include:

  • Strongly encouraging attendees to take a COVID-19 test prior to arrival at the Summit
  • Masks available to all attendees, but are not required
  • Sanitation stations throughout the event space
  • Capped attendance and conference room capacity with additional spacing

Requirements for Entry into Australia

A visa is required to enter Australia. Consider the Business Visitor Stream visa for 145AUD. See visa options here.

COVID-19 Testing: Australia does not require you to undertake any pre-departure COVID-19 testing to enter, leave or transit Australia. Learn more about Australia’s current vaccination and testing requirements.

Digital Passenger Declaration:  All passengers arriving by air into Australia need to complete the Digital Passenger Declaration (DPD). You can start your DPD seven (7) days before your flight and need to submit it within 72 hours before your departure for Australia. This declaration is also where you will verify your vaccination status.

Use the free mobile Australia Digital Passenger Declaration app by downloading it from the App Store (Apple) or Google Play store (Android).

If you cannot use the mobile app, you can submit your DPD using the DPD online form.

Learn more about the Digital Passenger Declaration.

Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination: If you were vaccinated outside of Australia and do not have an International COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate (ICVC) you will need to present your foreign vaccination certificate to airline staff.

Travelers vaccinated in other countries can present certificates in formats that meet the following criteria:

For Unvaccinated Travelers
